The staff were helpful and welcoming, I loved that.

It was very central, with fantastic views out to the palace and right next to the Palace Gardens. It also had a lift, which was brilliant with a pushchair. The staff were very friendly and attentive. the flat was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. It was also very quiet and had very effective air conditioning.

Best option as value for money accommodation in Madrid. Comfortable and clean apartment with equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine) in the very central area. Close (2-3 mins walking) to Sabatini garden, Royal palace and Placa de Espanha (metro). TV and well working WiFi on top to bed and sofa (4 sleeping places) as well as next door located Jamoneria and wine shop can create added value both for a weekend or any longer stay.

Really good place to stay easy to walk to Gran Via for shopping. Cafe directly downstairs does a great breakfast and Menu del Dia. Staff at the hotel very friendly. More of an apartment rather than a hotel, felt more flexible than staying at an hotel.

Great location for tourists. Easy walk to many of best sights. Great to be able to make our own breakfast for a change. good eateries nearby, as well as wine shops and mini marts.

A bit noisy - it is on a major road that is busy day and night. A window blind that blocked out the all night street lights, flashing lights etc would be helpful.

Wonderful location, easy to walk everywhere, almost on the route of the day ticket tour bus that you can use to get on and off anywhere. No view from rear apartments but totally quiet, a price worth paying in a 24 hour city! Excellent security. easy access to airport via Metro to Princiale Pia

eventhough it had dishwasher it had no kettle!! otherwise fine.

Excelent location at 5 minutes walk of Madrid main atractions, good value for money expend. Well furnished apart with good space to stay for some days.

This is the best kept secret of Madrid. A fantastic appartment with a fantastic view of the Palace. Close to city centre and shopping with optional secure underground parking. Staff extremely helpful and hopefully we will return someday.

Entrance way is dificult to spot in a busy urban street, but nothing to worry about

Nothing its old and auwful its was very bad i dont recommend the place at all!! Even so it has a nice room from inside and clean but its still bad .

Excellent break really enjoyed the facilities, free Wi Fi, Air con, and the the best bit was Luis the concierge. He was great in helping us sort out little issues like travel etc.
